The code will be printed under the “Peel to Reveal” yellow sticker on promotional packs of Home Compostable One Cup Filters. Look out for the promotional stickers on the packs.

You can only use each code once. For each 8 unique codes you have, you are able to order 1 Rombouts Mug. The promotion is limited to a maximum of 2 Rombouts Mugs per household. Any orders over the limit of 2 Mugs will be disregarded.

Try re-entering your code to make sure it is entered correctly. The code will be 8 uppercase alpha characters long with no spaces or numbers. The Rombouts Mug has been made to fit our new Home Compostable One Cup Filters perfectly. The dimensions are: 8.5cm wide, 8.5cm high and 12 cm deep. The mailing box will be classed as a ‘Small Parcel’. It will be delivered by Royal Mail or one of our delivery partners.
